I have a light blue couch, a dark blue door and yellowishtan walls in my living room. I want to repaint my coffee table. My kitchen is yellow with blue and white tiled backplash. My style is country and all of my furniture, hutch, tv stand and shelf is stained ipswitch pine. I want to spruce up the living room my redoing coffee table but don’t want to make it ipswitch pine. I would like some color, maybe yellow? Can you give me some choices as to paint color?

      Hello! Thanks for visiting…

You could certainly do a yellow coffee table. I would go with something bolder and deeper than your wall color – something of an accent. Another option would be orange…it could be a bright orange or even a deeper, burnt color. Either of those hues would work beautifully with the blues you already have in place, as well as the pine. You can paint them a solid color, or if you prefer, you could distress the table to allow a bit of the wood color from underneath to pop through. Either way, it will make a big change in your room. Good luck!
